About Online GroceryAmazon Online Grocery is a growing shopping experience that delivers everyday essentials and specialty items to millions of customers. The creative team plays a central role in bringing Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team experience - Experience defining the workflow within a marketing, production, or creative department or company - Have an online portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and advertising experience across a range of media and platforms, along with work that reflects your design process - Experience managing multiple creative campaigns and stakeholders across marketing and creative functions Preferred: - Experience overseeing all creative aspects of development production and post production - Experience evaluating creative output against brand standards and providing informed creative feedback - Experience managing external agency or vendor creative partnerships - Experience managing content development across retail, eCommerce, or consumer marketing campaigns - Familiarity with AI-generated content workflows, automation, and emerging creative technologies - Experience with project management tools (Airtable, Smartsheet) Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
