Creative Manager, Elevated Shopping

Elevated Shopping is a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team that brings together strategy, creative, and production to elevate how brands show up and shop with customers. Made up of producers, creatives, Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - Experience building, managing and coaching a team in a high-growth environment - At least 5 years of people management experience - 5+ years of content management, communications, or content strategy experience - Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines - Experience in budgeting, scheduling and technical workflows - Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership - Experience working on or with large-scale, global creative campaigns Preferred: - Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data - Experience with one or more of the following industry tools: 3D Studio Max, Maya, Photoshop, Zbrush, Substance, Unreal Engine, Blender, etc - Experience with digital asset management tools - Experience working in fast paced environments, and managing workload even during times of stress, or escalated activity - Experience in studio-based creative production environments - Experience with e-commerce or catalog-scale content production - Knowledge of color management, retouching workflows, and post-production pipelines - Experience with business metrics, KPI tracking, and using data to demonstrate ROI of creative programs and inform strategic production decisions - Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices. - Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences.
