Creative Manager, Amazon

éShop Creative Studios is seeking an experienced Creative Manager to lead end-to-end creative production at our Tokyo studio. In this role, you will manage a team of Art Directors, Videographers, and creative Basic qualifications: - • 5+ years of experience in digital content management, creative production, or studio management - • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with aggressive deadlines and competing priorities - • Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and technical production workflows across video and photography - • Experience building, managing, and developing a team of creative professionals - • Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership with clear narratives and data - • Bachelor's degree in design, fine arts, communications, or related field - • Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese (written and verbal) - • Ability to work on-site full-time in a studio environment Preferred: - • Experience with creative software tools (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Maya, Blender) - • E-commerce or high-volume catalog production experience - • Knowledge of post-production workflows, color management, and asset delivery pipelines - • Experience with generative AI tools and their application in creative production - • Experience managing external vendors, production partners, and freelance talent - • Experience with business metrics, KPI tracking, and data-driven performance management - • Knowledge of Japan consumer market, local creative trends, and cultural design preferences - • Experience implementing process improvements that increase production efficiency - • Comfort working across international teams, time zones, and diverse creative disciplines - • Experience with LED/Virtual Production stages or emerging content technologies is a plus Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
