Cost Analyst, Cost Management, Strategic Portfolio Management

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we’re the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers Basic qualifications: - 3+ years of property management, asset management, portfolio management and/or real estate financial analysis experience - Experience with enterprise systems including SAP, Oracle, and custom applications - Experience in processing rent charges and/or monthly rent rolls - Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, commerce, finance or relevant discipline from an accredited university Preferred: - Experience managing internal stakeholder relationships and working successfully across organizations and different cultures to deliver results requiring collaboration and coordination with multiple teams - Experience in commercial real estate or lease administration within an industrial, commercial, and/or data center environment - Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines, or experience with end-to-end project management - Experience utilizing commercial real estate software platforms such as Tango, Yardi, or MRI - Experience reading and interpreting lease language, managing critical lease dates, and conducting lease negotiations Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
