Every day across the world we are developing the ideas, products, and services Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of post bar admission legal experience - Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent - Experience in transactional and technology licensing or equivalent Preferred: - Experience of a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work - Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem solving abilities - Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in managing and troublshooting network - 4+ years of experience structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex software licensing and other technology transactions in support of product development and launch - Technical background (computer science, electrical or mechanical engineering preferred), with strong knowledge of software and hardware development and design - Knowledge of the media space, including over-the-top (OTT) video streaming services and business trends - Ability to work independently while also contributing successfully to cross-functional teams Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
