Coordinate and plan work activities for the Control Systems Techs/Leads Basic qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, engineering technology or related field and 2 year(s) of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have 2 year(s) of experience in the following: 1. Experience with creating automated alarms, reports and KPI metrics for plant management; 2. Experience using relational databases (SQL experience); 3. Experience with electrical theory, Robotics, Controls components, automated equipment; 4. Experience identifying, maintaining, troubleshooting, programming, and designing HMI and control network components; 5. Experience identifying, maintaining, troubleshooting, and modifying Motor Controls including motor starters, Variable Frequency Drives, DC drives, and standard electrical components; 6. Industrial electrical hands-on experience and troubleshooting, including 480V 3-phase, 110 VAC, and 24VDC systems; 7. Experience interpreting, modifying, and developing mechanical and electrical drawings 8. Experience identifying, maintaining, and utilizing SCADA systems and KPIs; 9. Programming software such as RSLogix5000 studio, FT View, and other controls software platforms; and 10.
