Contract Manager, Post Award & Compliance, Bid Capture

The Amazon Business Bid Capture team is hiring a Sr. Contract Manager to own post award activities , end-to-end contract compliance across the full contract lifecycle from pre-award readiness and contract Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 4+ years of compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience - Knowledge of government contracting laws, rules and regulations including, but not limited to, commercial items contracting requirements, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) - Experience in contracts management, leading or supporting contract negotiations, and drafting contracts, or other comparable roles Preferred: - Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers - Experience responding to government or regulatory audits or inquiries - Professional certifications: CFCM, CPCM, PMP, or equivalent - Knowledge of education sector regulations and purchasing requirements - Strong negotiation skills Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
