Content Platforms Manager, XCM

Amazon's Cross Channel Marketing team (XCM) is seeking a Content Platforms Manager to own how content is structured, governed, and used across our global digital asset management platform, The Hub, and Basic qualifications: - 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion - Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools - Knowledge of metadata creation, management & remediation best practices - Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization - Experience with digital asset management tools Preferred: - Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs - Bachelor's or Master's degree in information science, information technology, data science, computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related field or equivalent experience - Hands-on experience with Orange Logic, including metadata configuration, reporting, and workflow - Experience applying AI to content operations, such as automated metadata generation, content intelligence, or agent-based workflows, and judging where the output can be trusted - Breadth across DAM or MAM platforms such as Tenovos, Nuxeo, Bynder, Widen, or Adobe AEM - Experience leading rollouts or change management across regions or external partners - Experience with content data integrations, including identifier and mapping strategy - Experience defining asset lifecycle standards, including versioning, retention, and discoverability - Experience analyzing content data at volume to surface quality and coverage gaps Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
