Content & Partnerships Manager, Amazon Music

Amazon Music Japan is looking for a Content & Partnerships Manager to join our team in Tokyo.Amazon Music Japan's original content strategy is built around a clear customer loop: fans discover Amazon Music Basic qualifications: - 4+ years of program or project management experience - Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English - Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese - Experience working in content production, live entertainment, or a related field, including rights clearance and talent/vendor coordination - Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects from planning through delivery - Experience managing external vendors, agencies, or production partners - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, and make sound judgment calls under ambiguity Preferred: - Experience in music, entertainment, or media — particularly live events, festivals, original video series, or streaming platforms - Familiarity with streaming platform operations, including content delivery and distribution workflows - Experience supporting sponsorship activation and fulfillment, including working with brand advertisers and media agencies - Familiarity with Japanese entertainment industry stakeholders: music agencies, talent management, broadcast and streaming platforms, brand advertisers, and media agencies - Experience working in a global organization with distributed teams across multiple time zones - Proficiency with project management tools; comfort working with data and performance dashboards Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
