Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of professional experience in market research or consumer insights - Hands-on experience leading primary research studies, including both quantitative (e.g., online surveys) and qualitative (e.g., focus groups, ethnographies) methodologies - Experience creating and delivering research reports and executive summaries that translate data into actionable business recommendations - Experience communicating research findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams Preferred: - Experience in the entertainment industry - Experience on the research vendor side or within the insights function of a media, entertainment, or consumer business company - Experience presenting research results and recommendations to senior leadership - Demonstrated ability to operate with significant autonomy in ambiguous environments - Understanding of marketing, measurement, and insights frameworks (e.g., brand tracking, campaign effectiveness) - Experience with applied statistics, predictive analytics, and mixed-methodology research Acknowledgement of country: In the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
