Construction Manger (Amazon RRL), RRL Technical Engineering

Re:Cycle Reverse Logistics (RRL) is an electronics processing, reuse, and recycling company that works to extend the life of used electronic equipment through reuse, repair, and recycling. We are a stand-alone Basic qualifications: - Experience working on and delivering end to end projects independently - 7+ years of project management/ portfolio management/ program management / construction management. - 5+ years of experience in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management. - 5+ experience of large, complex projects involving large-scale mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) plants. - Experience with varying stages of infrastructure builds – inclusive of project builds, spanning from Design to Project Hand-off. - Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies, related to facility infrastructure build (i.e. construction sequence, commissioning, controls and networking). - The ability to work independently and self-motivate in a rapidly changing environment. - Strong organizational, analytical & problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and manage stakeholders. Preferred: - Master’s Degree or advanced professional certifications in management of complex, high value technology infrastructure projects. - 5+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience. - Industrial Engineering experience for manufacturing equipment layout optimization and delivery of manufacturing infrastructure builds. - Experience with and deep understanding of multiple project management methodologies. - Experience of leading matrixed teams and individuals across multiple locations.
