Communications Specialist, Operations Internal Communications

Amazon India is seeking a creative, self-motivated, and analytical internal communications specialist to join our operations business team. This role is at the heart of how we connect with and engage our Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of recent professional communications or public relations experience - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 7+ years of recent professional communications or public relations experience - Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Exemplary written and oral communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences - Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel communication strategies (including radio, digital screens and mobile apps) and for multilingual audiences (e.g., Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada) Preferred: - Master's degree in communications or equivalent - Experience relevant experience working in an industrial, manufacturing, or warehouse environment - Experience in e-commerce, retail or advertising, or experience in an operational role - Experience working with global cross-functional teams - Experience handling agencies and managing multiple stakeholders - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
