Are you skilled at helping customers to address their program requirements? Do you want to learn the very latest in cloud web services technologies and securely apply them to some of the most interesting Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in people management, including development, hiring, performance management - 5+ years of experience managing operations teams supporting COMSEC, networking, or other areas of Information Technology. - Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph Preferred: - Experience managing people including development, hiring, performance management, and leading teams dispersed across various regions - Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients - Experience in regulatory compliance management with government agencies - Experience with various Type 1 Cryptographic devices, keys and loaders - 2+ years COMSEC experience as a Primary or Alternate COMSEC Custodian. - Experience managing geographically disperse teams. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
