Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or equivalent - Experience in computer science fundamentals (object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving and complexity analysis) - Experience in Business English skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency with at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, TypeScript, etc.) and standard professional software development tooling (Git, Linux, IDEs) - Basic proficiency with coding acceleration using GenAI/Agentic tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor, or similar) - Available to join in 2027 and within 2 years of graduation Preferred: - Proficiency deploying and operating software on a cloud provider (AWS, etc.) - Proficiency developing networked applications that interact with a database or API - Proficiency with common open-source frameworks and technologies (Guice, Dagger, React, etc.) - Proficiency with using Gen AI tools to automate and solve real-world development tasks Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
