Central Load Planning Agent, Amazon Air Network Control Center

Amazon Air's Centralized Load Planning team is looking for detail-oriented aviation professionals whoare passionate about operational safety and accuracy as we continue delivering smiles to Amazoncustomers Basic qualifications: - 2+ years of program or project management experience - 1+ years of supply chain experience - 2+ years of experience in one of the following: Aircraft Load Planning, Weight and Balance Operations, Aviation Operations Management, Cargo Operations Management, Transportation Operations Management, and/or Network Control Center Operations Management - Must fulfill FAA and DHS criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA) and be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges - Ability to pass all required qualification courses and ongoing currency training requirements. - Ability to work a rotating, flexible work schedule, including nights, overnights, weekends and holidays. - English literacy skills Preferred: - Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology - Experience in MS Access and SQL - Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent weight and balance years of experience. - Proficiency in Weight and Balance systems, MS Office Suite, and general computer applications - Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a rapidly changing - Experience with Amazon Air load planning and ramp operations or equivalent air cargo experience. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
