Category Manager - Private Labels, Amazon Now (AE)

Amazon Now, Amazon UAE's quick commerce offering, is looking for a Category Manager to operate as a single threaded business owner for private label / white label space across categories with special focus Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Marketing - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities - Experience in Retail, FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), or a client/vendor-facing environment such as sales or negotiation - Experience in annual brand planning and media planning capabilities - MBA in relevant field of operations - 5+ years of Food FMCG experience in Brand Management. - Strong exposure to Brand Management, New Product Launches, Media Planning and Market Research - Proven experience launching and commercializing new categories, products, or brands. - Strong expertise in market assessment, consumer insights, category strategy, pricing, commercialization, and financial modelling. - Experience working with co-manufacturers, suppliers, and external strategic partners. - Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, stakeholder management, and project leadership. - Develop annual marketing plans and coordinate their successful implementation and to grow and achieve both short- and long-term sales, profit, and market share position for assigned Preferred: - Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps - Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units - 5+ years of experience in a Food & Beverage FMCG Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
