Capacity Specialist, Carrier Onboarding & Attrition

If you are excited to work in a high paced operational team, manage a team of high performing individuals and grow and scale the Amazon middle-mile transportation business while maintaining a high bar Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or Advanced Degree - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams - Experience in cross functional project delivery - Experience in program or project management - Experience with operations/supply chain - Experience in program requirements definition, together with data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements - Knowledge of Excel at a basic level (e.g., UX navigation, math & logical functions, lookup functions, etc.) Preferred: - Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior management - Experience in one or more of the following domains: access- control system and methodology, network security, application- and system-development security, security architecture and models, cryptography, and operations security - Experience in logistics, or experience in an operational role - Experience leading process improvements - Experience in data analysis and reporting - Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis, or experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
