Business Analyst II, ROC WFM (Workforce Management)

As a WFM Long-Term Planning Analyst, you will create efficient, implementable headcount plans. You will own variable cost budgeting for your scope to meet financial goals and enable scaling, identifying Basic qualifications: - 2+ years of business analyst, data analyst or similar role experience - 2+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights - Experience with SQL Preferred: - Master's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field - Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders - Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools - Experience partnering with executive-level leaders to identifying and solving business issues Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
