Business Analyst II, Relay Product Excellence

We are looking for a curious, detail-oriented Business Analyst II to join our team. In this role, you will turn complex operational data into clear insights, define business requirements, and help drive Basic qualifications: - 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience - 5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience - 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience - Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights - Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders - Experience with Excel - 3+ years analyzing and interpreting data using SQL, Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL, Hadoop/Hive, or similar technologies - Strong programming skills in Python and SQL with ability to handle large datasets - Ability to deliver high-quality work with limited guidance Preferred: - 3+ years relevant work experience in related fields beyond basic requirements - Technical expertise in Data Science, ML, and Statistics - Experience with data mining, and statistical algorithms - Proven track record driving cross-functional projects to completion with minimal supervision - Demonstrated ability to distinguish between one-way and two-way doors in decision-making Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
