This role will support the negotiations for writers, producers, cast, production companies and other related deals and will work closely with Studio legal affairs to assist in finalizing agreements and Basic qualifications: - Experience in entertainment industry deal negotiation - Experience in a studio, production company or television network - Experience with complex commercial/legal concepts and drafting, ability to quickly read and interpret legal terminology and reasoning - Experience in negotiating complex agreements with an understanding of legal terminology and reasoning - UK qualified solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE. Preferred: - Experience working for content distributor, digital content service, or legal firm (legal training/ PQE desirable) - Experience structuring and negotiating terms for commercial content content deals e.g. production commissions, existing content licences, talent, multi-title/output Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
