ブランドスペシャリストは、担当メーカーとのビジネスの全てに責任を持ち、インストックマネジメントチーム/ベンダーマネジメントチームと協業しながら、担当メーカーの売上・利益の最大化を目指します。担当メーカーがアマゾンサイト上で売上を拡大する上でのビジネスの課題を特定し、課題解決のための戦略、アクションプランの立案、実行を行います。そのために、売れ筋商品の在庫保有率を高め顧客満足度の向上に努め、さらに、顧客の購買行動や購入率などのパフォーマンスを定期的に分析することで、課題を明確にしながら仕入れ・販売計画の策定、商品の販売促進・宣伝を企画・実行します。これらを達成するために、仕入/販売計画の立案だけ Basic qualifications: - 大卒以上 - 職務経験： 経営企画、事業企画、営業企画、各種コンサルティング、法人営業、マーケティングにおける5年以上の経験 - 分析力: 複雑な分析によって問題解決をした経験 - Excel: VLOOKUPやSUMIFなどの関数操作、pivotを活用したデータ集計 - 日本語力: ビジネスレベル以上 （社内外のステークホルダーとの円滑なコミュニケーションが可能） - 英語力： 読み書き可能なレベル Preferred: - 中国語力 - SQL、VBAの知識、興味 - WEBマーケティング実務、WEBコンテンツ作成の経験 - サプライチェーンエリアの経験 - 交渉力 Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
