日本の紙書籍の流通は、既存物流網に対する新たな制約やコスト増、読者の嗜好の多様化、経済状況や購買行動の変化といった、新たな課題に次々と直面しています。こうしためまぐるしく変化するビジネス環境の中であっても、Amazon 書籍事業部の Strategic Supply Chain Management チームは、社内外のステークホルダーと協力し、「読みたい本が、読みたいときに手に入る」というミッションの実現に向けて日々奮闘しています。当チームは、社内の様々なチームに加え、出版社・取次会社・倉庫・物流会社といった社外のステークホルダーと協働し、紙書籍の在庫・物流に関する戦略立案と実行を担っています Basic qualifications: ・工学、ビジネス、または関連分野における学士号 ・2年以上の社会人経験 ・日本語が母国語、もしくは、JPLTN1 / N2 ビジネスレベルの英語 ・基礎的なOffice操作 (Excelによる分析、Powerpointによるスライド作成、Wordによるドキュメント作成） ・KPIなどのメトリック作成・改善の経験、および、生データからインサイトを抽出する分析力 - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field - 2+ years of professional non-internship experience. - Native Japanese or JPLT N1/N2 and business level English required - Basic capability for MS Office (analysis using Excel, slide creation using Powerpoint, document creation using Word) - Experience with reporting technologies and analytics. Capable of turning raw data into information and insights Preferred: ・4年以上の社会人経験 ・事業会社における経営企画/サプライチェーン関連の業務経験又はコンサルティング会社におけるアナリスト/コンサルタント経験 ・出版業界における経営企画/サプライチェーン関連又は営業に関連する経験 ・優れた意思決定力、書面および口頭でのコミュニケーション力、実践的で常識的なアプローチに基づく実行力 ・優れた分析能力と問題解決能力。 大規模で複雑なデータを処理する能力と、統計学またはその他の分析手法に精通している ・優先順位付け、スケジュール管理、時間管理、期限の遵守などの優れた実行力 ・カイゼン、リーン生産方式、シックスシグマなどのプロセス改善の経験 - 4+ years of professional non-internship experience. - Job experience for business planning/supply chain-related field or analyst/consultant experience at a consulting firm - Job experience for business planning/supply chain-related field or sales experience in the publishing industry - Possess excellent business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common sense approach to getting things done. - Strong analytical abilities and problem solving skills. Ability to work with large, complex data sets and familiarity with statistics or other analytical techniques. - Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management and meeting deadlines. - Experience with improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
