Amazon Operations sits at the heart of the Amazon customer experience. We look after everything from the moment a customer clicks buy, to the moment their item is delivered – from desktop to doorstep.Across Basic qualifications: - Work all days and shifts, including overtime (24 hours a day, 7 days a week operation, including holidays) - Experience in BMS programming, commissioning and Troubleshooting with a minimum of 1+ years in building controls or related field - Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Electrical/Electronics/Communications Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience) - Experience in remotely troubleshooting BMS communication issues, including fieldbus (BACnet, LON, Modbus via RS485), Network Gateways and IP-based protocols (Niagara Fox, MQTT, BACnet/IP, SNMP) is essential. - Experience in BMS programming, commissioning and Troubleshooting with a minimum of 3-5 years in building controls or related field Preferred: - Certification in relevant programming languages or BMS systems such as Tridium Niagara Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
