In this pivotal role, you'll Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, HR or a related field - Experience with the principles and practices of compensation and benefits systems and relevant legislation in the EU region - Experience with labor/employee relations - Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data - Experience in stakeholder management and communication management - Deep understanding of European collective bargaining agreements, works council requirements, and regulatory frameworks - Experience with AI and technology tools for data analytics, process automation, and healthcare cost management Preferred: - Experience working with large global teams - Experience in oral and written communication - Speak, write, and read fluently in French, Spanish, German or Italian - Can communicate effectively with all levels of the organization - Experience building scalable programs and repeatable scalable processes, levering various tools and methods to create scale and efficiency - Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy in ambiguous situations - Strong organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail - Demonstrated success in vendor management and driving performance improvements Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
