Job summaryアマゾンジャパン 書籍事業本部では、アマゾンベンダーサービス（AVS）の成長・拡大を担うブランドスペシャリスト（BS）を募集しています。AVSとはアマゾンにとって重要なビジネスパートナーであるベンダー（出版社）のアマゾン上での成長と、各社の満足度の向上のために提供されるサービス群であり、それらのサービスは、リテール事業にとって重要な領域（品揃えの拡充、在庫・物流の最適化、オペレーションの効率化、カタログ品質、マーケティングなど）を横断的に提供されます。AVSは担当BSを通して出版社に提供されます。アマゾンは今後このAVSを通して、各社のアマゾン上でのビジネス成長、日々の業 Basic qualifications: - 3+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience - 2+ years of market research analyst, product manager, or equivalent experience - 2+ years of doing one of several roles: quantitative/financial analysis, retail buying, retail planning & allocation, product/project management, pricing, marketing or e-commerce experience - Bachelor's degree - Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration - Experience leading cross-functional projects and implementing strategic initiatives - Experience in Retail, FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), or a client/vendor-facing environment such as sales or negotiation - Experience owning end-to-end account or business performance outcomes - Experience managing or influencing senior stakeholders in a commercial or client-facing context Preferred: - 3+ years of doing one of several roles: management consulting, investment banking analyst/associate, or brand manager role at leading consumer packaged goods company experience - Experience in financial analysis, retail buying, retail planning & allocation, product/project management, marketing, business development, consulting, negotiation or supply chain Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
