Relay Product Excellence's mission is to monitor Transaction Integrity for products supporting Identity Verification, Account Support, and Compliance across Carrier and Driver processes. We are looking Basic qualifications: - Experience in Amazon Redshift and other AWS technologies - Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights - Experience with industry standard tools and scripting languages (Python or Perl) for automation - Experience in AgentCore, QuickAutomate, Selenium and GenAI tools Preferred: - Experience scripting for automation (e.g., Python, Perl, Ruby) - Experience creating complex SQL queries joining multiple datasets, ETL DW concepts - Experience with reporting and Data Visualization tools such as Quick Sight / Tableau / Power BI or other BI packages - Experience using very large datasets Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
