*** This position is based in our logistics location in Kobern-Gondorf. If you relocate for the role and your home address is at least 80 km from the site, we support you with a relocation bonus. ***Operations Basic qualifications: - Experience with PLC controlled automation and issue diagnosis in a continuous process or production environment - Experience with Ignition SCADA or a similar platform and Human Machine Interface (HMI) - A technical apprenticeship or degree - Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and basic proficiency in verbal and written German Preferred: - (Preferred qualifications are not required to apply at Amazon. If you meet all of the basic qualifications listed above, we would be happy to hear from you.) - Relevant experience with Ladder Logic and structure programming from Siemens, Allen-Brady or Codesys PLCs - Relevant experience supporting different conveyors and sortation systems - Relevant experience dealing with material handling, flow and capacity visualisation, and monitoring - Experience with Microsoft Office, project management tools and EPLAN - Fluent in English and German language Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
