Audit Manager II, Risk in AIT leads a team of and Managers and senior auditors who perform audits and deep dives to identify defects and generate insights and through a partnership with core business teams, Basic qualifications: - 3+ years of auditing business processes, risk mitigation, program compliance or internal audits experience - 5+ years of work in relevant industries such as law, customer service, investigations, risk, compliance or project management experience - Experience with all Microsoft Office applications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions and implement effective solutions Preferred: - Master's degree or equivalent - Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification - Experience in project management Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
