Associate Corporate Counsel, AWS Legal

We're seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel to be a pivotal force in shaping the future of cloud security at Amazon Web Services. In this role, you'll collaborate with security teams, translating complex Basic qualifications: - 2+ years of post bar admission legal experience - Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent - Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines - Can show strong verbal and written communication skills - Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders - Demonstrated commitment to high ethical standards and professional integrity - Demonstrated ability to make important decisions on emerging issues, often with limited information - Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
