Join AWS's World Wide Public Sector Legal team and shape the future of cloud technology for Federal Government customers in the National Security arena. You'll negotiate complex government contracts, advise Basic qualifications: - 2+ years of post bar admission legal experience - Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent - Knowledge of government contracting laws, rules and regulations including, but not limited to, commercial items contracting requirements, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) Preferred: - Security Clearance: Preferred for Candidates to have an active U.S. Government TS/SCI security clearance or the ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance. - Experience with technology licensing agreements. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
