Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to a Master’s degree and one year of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skills: (1) Using scripting/programming languages (Python and SQL) for complex data analysis, statistical modeling, and enterprise-level automation system development; (2) architecting and implementing scalable automation frameworks that support multi-platform, multi-site manufacturing operations with measurable business impact; (3) statistical analysis and DOE methodology expertise for advanced characterization, predictive modeling, and yield optimization across multiple product families; (4) cross-functional leadership experience working with test engineering, system validation, DFT, and manufacturing teams to drive yield and quality improvements; (5) technical knowledge of ASIC/Hardware/Product integration challenges with hands-on experience resolving complex integration issues that impact mass production; and (6) experience with ATE, SLT, and System test methodologies including test coverage optimization, screening development, and manufacturing test strategy implementation.#0000 Preferred: Please see job description and the position requirements above.
