We believe that by removing and reducing the barriers that prevent people from taking their medications, we can help customers conveniently get the medications Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon experience - Experience managing direct reports - Experience with planning, performance metrics, and process improvement - Can have an active and unrestricted pharmacy technician license or the ability to obtain a pharmacy technician license within 1 year of hire - Work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays - Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Preferred: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or a related field - Experience in manufacturing, production, distribution logistics environments, retail, or grocery management roles - Experience developing or delivering training programs across multiple sites or regions - Experience with WMS systems - Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators - Experience with Lean/Six Sigma - Management of a minimum of 15 employees (including payroll, performance management, work-flow assignment) - Pharmacy or healthcare operations experience in a regulated industry. Preference for understanding of Board of Pharmacy Regulations, FDA, or GMP regulations. - Strong oral and written communication skills - Strong commitment to employee development, as well as an exceptional level of dedication, motivation, & intelligence. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
