Architectural BIM Designer, DC Design Engineering

Are you an experienced Architectural Designer who's passionate about BIM and eager to embrace the future of design? We're looking for a creative, driven professional who combines architectural expertise Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of Architectural design experience on mission critical facilities. - 4+ years’ experience using Revit for producing Architectural BIM models and construction drawings. - Practical knowledge and understanding of building codes and safety regulations. Preferred: - Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. - Experience directly related to Data Center design and construction. - Experience and knowledge applying Lean principles to design modeling and drawing production. - Experience observing construction, familiar with construction technology, familiar with construction practices. - Experience driving a team to implement new BIM tools, procedures, best practices.
