RBS (Retail Business Services) Tech team works towards enhancing the customer experience (CX) and their trust in product data by providing technologies to find and fix Amazon CX defects at scale. Our platforms Basic qualifications: - PhD, or Master's degree - Experience building machine learning models or developing algorithms for business application - Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language - Experience with one of the following areas: machine learning technologies, Reinforcement Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing (NLP) or related applications Preferred: - Experience in CS, CE, ML or related field research - Strong verbal/written communication skills, including an ability to effectively collaborate with both research and technical teams.
