Amazon Japan はビジネスの成長をサポートする新しいフルフィルメントセンターやソートセンターに設置されるマテハン機器や自動化設備の安定稼働に向けて設備の安全性や品質、信頼性、生産性の改善を技術的にリードする Advanced Engineer を探しています。本ポジションは、アマゾンのグローバルチームや国内外のサプライヤーと協力し共に成長しながら技術的なリーダーシップを発揮し、安全性やコストバランスを維持しつつ設備およびプロセスの能力と品質を最大化させます。また、オートメーションを含む最新鋭の搬送設備の導入に伴い新たに発生する技術課題に対しても状況に応じて最適なソリューションを提案し Basic qualifications: - 大学の学士 または工学の修士号 - 建設プロジェクトなどの大規模エンジニアリング プロジェクトにおける 5年以上の技術的リーダーシップおよびプロジェクト管理の経験、または同等レベルの設備(MHE、オートメーション、生産など) の技術知識 - 社内の部門横断的なチームと関わり、社外のパートナーを調整した経験 - MS Office (Word、Excel、Power Point) および CAD のオペレーションスキル - 日本語と英語の口頭および書面によるコミュニケーション能力（ビジネスレベル） - University Degree, B.S. or Master Degree in Engineering (or science/technology) - 5+ years of technical leadership and project management experience in large scale engineering projects such as construction projects, or equivalent level of knowledge of equipment (MHE, automation, production, etc.) - Experience in engaging with internal cross-functional teams and coordinating external partners - Experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and CAD. - Verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English (Business-Level). Preferred: - MBA、修士号、またはエンジニアリング関連分野の高度な学位 - 10億円以上のプロジェクトを立案し、管理・推進したプロジェクトマネジメント経験 - 設備の品質問題の原因分析と対策を行い、再発防止策の体系化やメカニズムを構築した経験 - 自発的に行動し、単独またはチームをリードして問題を解決できる - チームの一員として、または完全に独立したパフォーマーとして、あるいはその両方として快適に働くことができる - 多様なグループで働き、包括的な文化に貢献することに喜びを感じること - MBA or Master's Degree or other advance degree in Engineering or related field - Experience in devising, managing, and promoting projects of 1 billion yen or more - Experience in analyzing the causes of equipment quality problems and taking countermeasures, as well as systematizing and building mechanisms to prevent recurrence - Self-motivated and able to solve problems independently and in team settings - Comfort working as both part of a team and/or entirely as an independent performer - Excited about working in a diverse group and contributing to an inclusive culture Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
