セラーサービス事業本部Amazonビジネスマーケットプレイス事業部において、 新規出品企業の開拓とオンボーディングを担当し、Amazon Business上での販売開始から初期成長までをサポートするため、社内/社外のステークホルダーと連携しながら営業活動を行うことができる方を募集します。Key job responsibilities1. 新規事業者リクルーティング戦略の立案（ターゲット、アプローチ手法、KPIなど） Basic qualifications: - 【基本条件】 - 教育レベル：大卒以上 - 職務経験：法人営業、アカウントマネジメント、ビジネスコンサルティング、インサイドセールス、マーケティングなどの実務経験4年以上 - PCスキル：Microsoft Excel でのデータ集計・分析、Microsoft Word での文書作成 - 日本語：ネイティブ レベル - 英語：定常的に書面（email、レポート）、および口頭（会議、電話、TV会議）でのコミュニケーションを行うことができる - (English) - 4+ years’ experience in business role requiring to negotiate with the outside. e.g. sales/account management/business consultant - Analytical skills with experience using Microsoft Excel (e.g. vlookup, pivot) and BI tools. - Able to communicate both in written form (email, reports) and verbally (meetings, phone calls, video conferences) in English - Native/Fluent Japanese Preferred: - 英語力｜ビジネスレベル - 社内外の複数の利害関係者とのプロジェクト管理 - SQLを用いたデータ分析 - VBA/Excelマクロによる運用ツール構築 - 曖昧性の高い状況下でも自発的に行動できる方 - 前向きで常に前向きに物事を考えられる方 - English Proficiency | Business Level - Project management with both internal and external multiple stakeholders - Data analysis based on SQL - Building operation tool with VBA/Excel macro - Self driven even under high ambiguity situation - Forward-looking and always looking on the bright side mindset.
